AMENITIES

As we work to rebuild from the infamous North Country flood of 2011 that destroyed much of our property, we're proud to offer a serene setting, an easy approach, a laid-back friendly atmosphere, and on-site and very nearby amenities.

ON SITE

Our marina property features dockage for vessels up to 65',  30 moorings, dinghy dock, restrooms, and showers. We feature premium Poralu aluminum floating docks that provide water and 30AMP electric service. 50 AMP electric service and water are available on the service dock. Lighthouse Marina provides haul-out facilities for sail and powerboats up to 65' utilizing our 60-ton Marine Travelift.

Included with your reservation is Wi-Fi, 24/7 closed-circuit video security monitoring, and parking for your guests. We have trash disposal available as well as water and electric hookups.

The Lighthouse Marina on Lake Champlain is dog friendly, and liveaboards are welcome!

Across the street is our inland yard, featuring a 4800sqft maintenance facility, outdoor summer/winter storage areas with power and water available.

Please note that as of May 2023 the on-site pool is under construction; boaters are invited to enjoy the deck area with a grill, picnic tables, and lounge chairs overlooking scenic Lake Champlain.

NEXT DOOR

Immediately adjacent to the marina is a free municipal boat ramp, fuel dock, pump-out facility, as well as a bar. Across the street you'll find the Village of Rouses Point Civic Center & ice rink; the facility includes soccer and baseball fields, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a new children's play structure, and an enclosed dog park.

Across the street from the civic center is Champlain Hardware and Gino's Pizzeria.

Another two minutes walking will have you in Rouses Point's quaint downtown, which boasts Greek & Italian eateries, a liquor store, a laundromat, a public library, our village office, and The Village of Rouses Point U.S. Post Office. Down the street is our historic Amtrak train stop, where the notably scenic Adirondack Line runs between Montreal and New York City.

NEARBY

Within a 5-10 minute drive, you'll find Stewart's convenience store, more dining options, and the Canadian border crossing into Quebec.

15 minutes gets you to the PriceChopper grocery store, Ace Hardware, our local pharmacy, and medical facilities.

Beyond that: car rental, beach, yacht brokerage, hotels, the Plattsburgh airport, and more restaurants, as well as golf, tennis, and bait & tackle shops.
